Shooting Opening Day at Shea Stadium was a blast. I concentrated on Kaz Matsui, the new Mets shortstop who has become an instant success. Nice swing and great expressions from Kaz as evident by the photo above. Photo of me shooting into the dugout was taken by Lindsay Silverman

These pictures of my beautiful daughter Christina were made with Nikon's new D70 Digital SLR and the 80-200AF Nikkor lens. Capturing smiles and subtle changes in her look were so easy since the D70 has a response speed that is amazing. I was able to consecutively fire and the buffer kept up so continuous shooting was a no brainer. My advice, GET ONE, you won't regret it.

Nikon recently released the Coolpix 8700 8MP digital camera and I took it for a test drive in the home office with Cynthia. I used a set of Dynalites and started shooting some RAW files that open in Photoshop at 46MB! The detail and sharpness was so incredible that I sent the file to my buddy Alex at Professional Color in Louisiana and the generated prints immediately in sizes of 20 x 30", 30 x 40", and believe it or not, 40 x 60". Although the web doesn't do print quality any kind of justice, the images were hung at the Nikon booth and visitors were walking up to them within inches of the print and the reaction was incredible.
